OUR WHITE WINES SEMILLON

Semillon is a white grape variety, which is mainly used to produce sweet white wines. Harvested at maturity (noblerot) by selective sorting (grape by grape), it gives very fruity and exotic aromatic wines with aromas of pineapple and Mirabelle plum. With ageing, we find aromas of candied fruits, very ripe citrus fruits and spices (cinnamon...).

For dry white wines, this grape variety is often blended with Sauvignon Blanc, to which it brings depth, roundness and substance, as well as a warmer aroma (yellow fruit, apricot, etc.)
