OUR RED AND ROSÉ WINES CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Cabernet Sauvignon is a black grape variety. A cross between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, it produces powerful, tannic and structured wines with aromas of spices, black fruits and peppers. It reveals itself in all its complexity after several years and is known for its persistence and length in the mouth. When young, the aromas are fruity, with hints of blackcurrant and blackberry.

When paired with Merlot, it brings aromatic power and structure to a rounder, smoother Merlot.
